All purchases made through AfterFall are final and non‑refundable. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
AfterFall supplies are digital goods that are delivered instantly to your account. Once delivered, they cannot be retrieved or reversed. This policy ensures the integrity of the game and protects against fraud.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, your account may be permanently suspended, and you may be banned from all AfterFall services. We will cooperate fully with Razorpay and law enforcement in cases of fraud.
In the rare event of a technical failure where you did not receive your supplies despite a successful payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and manually credit your account – but no monetary refund will be issued.
